ABOUT CONFERENCE
The International Conference on Speech and Computer (SPECOM) is an interdisciplinary scientific event with a long tradition, the first SPECOM was held in St. Petersburg in 1996 organized by SPC RAS (SPIIRAS). The 26th edition of SPECOM will be held from 25th till 28th November 2024 at Crowne Plaza hotel, Belgrade, Serbia. This flagship conference offers a comprehensive technical program presenting all the latest developments in research and technology for speech processing and its applications. Featuring world-class oral and poster sessions, plenaries and perspective exhibitions, demonstrations, tutorials, and satellite workshops, it is expected to attract leading researchers and global industry figures, providing a great networking opportunity.

Organizers
SPECOM-2024 is organized by the Faculty of Technical Sciences of the University of Novi Sad, the School of Electrical Engineering of the University of Belgrade, and the Telecommunications Society of Serbia.
Founder
SPECOM series was founded by the St. Petersburg Institute for Informatics and Automation of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPIIRAS) of the St. Petersburg Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPC RAS).
Paper submission
Authors are invited to submit full papers of 10-15 pages formatted in the Springer LNCS style. Each paper will be reviewed by at least three independent reviewers (single-blind), and accepted papers will be presented either orally or as posters. SPECOM Proceedings are published by Springer Nature in the LNCS/LNAI series (Q2 Scopus).
