(a) Student registration includes the participant's id and bag, the program book, one copy of the conference proceedings, refreshments/coffee breaks, lunch breaks, welcome reception and organising costs. Student status should be proved by a valid student ID or by a letter from your dean or university administration. Please send a scanned copy of this document by email to: i.mporas@herts.ac.uk
(b) Regular registration includes the participant's id and bag, the program book, one copy of the conference proceedings, refreshments/coffee breaks, lunch breaks, welcome reception, organising costs and Gala dinner ticket.
(c) Full registration includes the participant's id and bag, the program book, one copy of the conference proceedings, refreshments/coffee breaks, lunch breaks, welcome reception, organising costs, Gala dinner ticket and London trip.
(d) London trip includes private transportation from Hatfield to central London; 2 hours guided walking tour to incorporate the highlights of Westminster, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Whitehall and Buckingham Palace (no entry to the attractions); 40 minutes river cruise from the London eye; lunch break; private transportation from central London to Hatfield. Further details about the London trip will be announced shortly. Onsite registrations (after 20/08/2017) will need to be confirmed subject to availability at the time of request.
Invitation letters can be issued only after the registration fee has been received. For each paper at least one registration fee has to paid. Accommodation costs are not included in the registration fees.
