(A) Student registration includes the participant's badge, a program booklet, one copy of conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunch breaks, welcome reception, gala dinner and covers one paper for presentation and publication. The student status should be proved by a valid student ID or by a letter from your dean or university administration. Please send a scanned copy of this document by email to: specom@hft-leipzig.de
(B) Regular registration includes the participant's badge, a program booklet, one copy of conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunch breaks, welcome reception, gala dinner and covers a maximum of 2 papers for presentation and publication.
(C) Accompanying persons for the welcome reception, the gala dinner or the 1-day trip need according tickets, which can be added during the registration process.
(D) The 1-day trip "History, Landscapes and Wine" on Saturday (Sep. 22) will take you on a guided tour to the "Mitteldeutschland" cultural area around Leipzig/Halle/Dresden and includes transportation, a few historical places, walking around vineyards, a wine tasting, lunch break and snacks. Further details will be announced in the social program.
Invitation letters can be issued only after the registration fee has been received. Accommodation costs are not included in the registration fees.
