(A) Student registration includes the participant's badge, a program booklet, one copy of conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunch breaks, welcome reception, gala dinner and covers one paper for presentation and publication. The student status should be proved by a valid student ID or by a letter from your dean or university administration.
(B) Regular registration includes the participant's badge, a program booklet, one copy of conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunch breaks, welcome reception, gala dinner and covers a maximum of 2 papers for presentation and publication.
(C) Accompanying persons for the welcome reception, the gala dinner or the social trip need according tickets, which can be added during the registration process.
Invitation letters can be issued only after the registration fee has been received. Accommodation costs are not included in the registration fees.
International delegates: Please check VISA requirements for traveling to Turkey. In case of uncertainty, feel free to contact the Organising Committee for clarification.
